On 24 August 2023, the ban on the use of products containing diisocyanates will enter into force, in compliance with Regulation 2020/1149 amending Annex XVII of REACH.

From that date, these products can only be used if the concentration of individual and aggregate diisocyanates is less than 0.1% by weight, or if industrial or professional users have successfully completed training on the safe use of diisocyanates.

ASEFAPI has reached an agreement with ASPY Prevention to provide mandatory training on Diisocyanates for manufacturers and applicators.

This training is provided in accordance with RD 39/1997 by ASPY Prevención (Atrys Group), an accredited prevention entity in Spain. It is easily accessible and has a reduced cost.
